F.L.O.A.T Grief Group Meetings
6:00 PM (PST) - Monthly (Second Thursday of every month)

F.L.O.A.T. (Fentanyl Loss, Overdose, and Trauma) is a monthly grief support gathering created for individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by fentanyl loss, overdose, addiction, and trauma. We meet on the second Thursday of each month to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where participants can share their experiences, honor their loved ones, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of this journey.
Hosted by EF5 Founder and Certified Grief Educator, Michael Glownia, F.L.O.A.T. was established to ensure that no one has to face the pain of loss alone. Drawing from both professional experience and personal understanding of grief, Michael facilitates meaningful conversations that encourage healing, connection, and mutual support. Grief can often feel isolating, especially following a fentanyl-related loss. At F.L.O.A.T., we believe that healing begins with connection. Our gatherings encourage open conversation, reflection, and community in an environment free from judgment. Whether you choose to share your story, listen quietly, or simply be in the company of others who understand, you are welcome here.
Each meeting is guided by empathy, respect, and the understanding that there is no single path through grief. Together, we create a space where loss can be acknowledged, memories can be honored, and hope can be rediscovered. Through community, compassion, and shared experience, F.L.O.A.T. helps individuals and families navigate grief while reminding them that they are not alone.
