Our Team
At EF5, we are a dedicated group committed to supporting those affected by loss and addiction. Together, we strive to make a difference in our community.
Michael Glownia, Founder of EF5
Michael founded EF5 following the loss of his daughter, Erika, to fentanyl poisoning. Driven by a passion for helping others navigate grief and loss, he leads many of EF5's outreach efforts and facilitates the monthly F.L.O.A.T. Grief Groups, while also meeting individually with those seeking support, connection, and healing. Michael completed David Kessler's Grief Educator Training program in May of 2026.
