Who We Are
EF5 is a family run non-profit charity in Oregon focused on providing support and resources for families grieving the loss of loved ones due to fentanyl poisoning. See our Mission Statement here.
We strive to raise awareness, promote prevention, distribute harm reduction supplies while offering emotional and financial support to families effected by a fentanyl loss.

Awareness & Harm Reduction
Through naloxone (Narcan) distribution, community outreach and education, we aim to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and promote preventative measures to save lives.
Memorial Project & Art Events
In collaboration with 'tHE ART of Grief' these projects honor lives lost to addiction. We create spaces for families to remember through artistic modalities with emotional support to guide individuals through a healing experience.
